Abstract
Resolved, that the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism wishes to explore
potential collaboration with one or more Georgia law schools for the development of one or more pilot programs to provide technical assistance, mentoring, and continuing legal education support to lawyers engaged in solo practices or small firm partnerships who agree to provide a significant amount of legal services to persons of limited and modest means either pro bono or for a reduced fee.
Adopted at the February 4, 2011 meeting of the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism.
