Abstract
As part of the clinical program of the law school, a student who has completed at least one-half the requirements of a law degree may appear on behalf of the client in the name of a supervising lawyer in any public trial or hearing or proceeding pertaining thereto in a court, a tribunal or before any public agency, referee, commissioner or hearing officer.
