Abstract
An eligible law student who has completed at least four semesters may, in the presence of a supervising lawyer, appear in any court or before any administrative tribunal in this Commonwealth in any civil, criminal or administrative matter on behalf of any person. An eligible law student may also, in the presence of a supervising lawyer, appear in any criminal matter on behalf of the Commonwealth.
