Abstract
A qualified law student, who has completed 2/3 of the required law school curriculum or has completed 1/2 of the required law school curriculum and is enrolled in a clinical legal education course for which course credit is awarded, may appear in any court or before any administrative tribunal in this state on behalf of the State of Texas or any other consenting party.
