Abstract
An eligible law student, who has completed at least four full-time semesters of law school, may appear before any court or before any administrative tribunal in this state in accordance with this rule. The eligible law student may appear in any civil or criminal matter, on behalf of a client or on behalf of the state or any other governmental body.
