Abstract
An eligible law student, who has completed half of the credits required for graduation, may appear in any court or before any administrative tribunal in this State on behalf of any person who is indigent or a client represented by a clinic chartered by an American Bar Association approved law school, or may appear on behalf of the State or on behalf of a county or municipality for purposes of prosecuting a municipal ordinance violation.
