Abstract
The Kansas Bar Association is the largest organization in the state devoted to advancing the practice of law and improving the legal system in Kansas. The KBA is also a voluntary membership organization – in Kansas, a lawyer doesn’t have to join the bar association to practice law. So everything we do relies on the expertise and efforts of our members, all of whom join the KBA because they believe in advancing the practice of law, preserving the rule of law, and providing equal justice for all in Kansas.
