Abstract
The Mission of the Hawaii State Bar Association is to unite and inspire Hawaii’s lawyers to promote justice, serve the public and improve the legal profession. The Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct are promulgated by the Supreme Court of Hawaii. Rule 2 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Hawai`i governs attorney disciplinary procedures in Hawaii.
