Abstract
Servant leadership describes a commitment to thinking about leadership as an activity that is about more than just motivating people to achieve goals. In other words, the leadership isn't about an individual's charisma or boldness in shepherding people toward an organizational goal. Rather, servant leadership is a leadership model based on serving others by focusing on helping them to achieve goals.
