Abstract
Aware of the role and duty of the lawyer in a democratic society, based in the principles of rule of law, humanism and human dignity, in respect of the truth and justice, is drafted the Attorney Ethics Code. The Code aims to set up, respect and implement the rules of the lawyer’s professional conduct and ethics in the defence of the rights and legitimate interests of the client and in serve of the interests of justice.
