The first is the role being played by the Chief Justice of Ontario’s Advisory Committee on Professionalism. The second is the introduction of a new mandatory first-year course in legal ethics and professionalism at the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law. The third is the publication of a new Canadian casebook on legal ethics.
