The OPM Exercise is based on an actual case that took place in New York City from 1980-83. In a simulated meeting between the outside general counsel and the CEO of OPM Inc that lasts only 8 minutes, complex issues of conflict of interest, confidentiality, and duties when representing an organization are interwoven.
