Abstract
Under a law school sponsored clinical instruction plan an eligible law student who has completed at least four semesters may appear in any court or before any administrative tribunal in this state on behalf of the state, any political subdivision thereof, or any indigent person or indigent community organization in any civil matter or criminal matter.
