Abstract

D.C. Mayor Gray nominated Robert Spagnoletti to be Chair of the new Board of Ethics and Government Accountability. Spagnoletti’s private legal practice includes representation of parties before the D.C. government, which will conflict with his responsibilities as the Ethics Board Chair.
