Abstract
Mary Frances Edwards considers whether legal and judicial ethics can be taught and whether continuing professional development providers can and should teach the rules of ethics to members of the legal profession. She raises the question: should ethics training be mandatory? The article also looks at the practical ways of presenting such tuition and those best suited to provide it.
